On 1job.ai, businesses can choose candidates by language ability, and job seekers can see what languages each business speaks before deciding — stopping misunderstandings before they start.

It's also an extremely efficient platform. Businesses send a job out with one tap, and seekers are notified instantly — no waiting. Job seekers simply switch on "waiting for work", and the moment a business is hiring, the message reaches their phone.

Once a business sends out a job, there is nothing more to do — just wait for the calls to come in. To keep the platform clean, we have one simple rule: when a seeker receives a job message, please tap the link and tell the waiting employer your intent — if you never reply, the platform may stop your job-seeking service.

We charge every member a $1 annual fee. It's a small amount, but it keeps the platform running for the long haul and keeps out fake accounts and spam. We never make money by selling your information.
